How do I remove the "Playlists" tab from my library?

Really… this was reported back in May, are we ever going to see it ‘fixed’

We spend time pin pointing the issue, it gets filled as a bug… and now… 7 months later still no fix…

There has been movement on this issue. I don’t have an ETA but hopefully soon.

hmm, I see progress (well maybe not progress, at least a change) but not for the better…

Now when I click on the Playlists tab (yep it’s still there despite no playlists)

I get

Libraries are currently being updated
Hang tight while we look for your content

Scratch that, now its back to showing

There are no items in Playlists

The fix is available in PMS beta 1.21.1.3753, Plex Media Server - #383 by StSimm1 . This just came out 3 days ago so give it a little time to make it out to public.

  • (Pivots) Only display playlist pivot if it is non-empty (#12097)
