How do I stop a voiceover from playing with a movie?

I may be using the wrong terminology. I went to play a film last night and when the Universal logo came up there was a voiceover describing what was happening " gold letters spelling Universal, an NBC company" then the screen moved on to film company and the voice says “letters falling MRC pictures” When the movie gets to the action, there is a voice telling what is happening, sort of as if the movie is configured to tell the story for folks who are visually impaired.

This may be a nice function, but I don’t want it and cannot figure out how to turn the darn thing off. If I play the movie from iTunes on the Mac, this does not happen. If I play it from the Plex web client on the Mac this does not happen.

It happens on the AppleTV. Not with all movies and not so far with TV shows. Is this a Plex thing or an Apple TV thing?

Please help and thanks!

Ah…you must have either multiple audio tracks, or the wrong audio track in your file. On the pre-play screen you can select which audio track you want, and you seem to have it defaulting to the 2.0/stereo “visually impaired” track (which isn’t always well labelled and sometimes you wind up with that instead of the actual stereo track if you use MakeMKV…but I digress).
