Not sure where to post this question/issue. If in the wrong area please forgive me. I backed up a movie on Plex, When I went to play it, both on my laptop and Desktop the audio playback had a stream of narration, ie; as if the visuals were being described to a blind person. No subtitles just audio.
I can’t find a setting to turn this off. Can someone point me in the right direction.

in the movie pre-play screen you should be able to select the audio-track. if there’s no option to chose from, you probably missed the actual audio but backed up only the audio narration track (in apps like MakeMKV they might appear just as a different same-language audio track)
