How do I update my version of Plex Media Server to the latest version as a Plex Pass Member?

Hi, I am currently running Version 1.1.4.2757 of PMS on my iMac, and recently subscribed to Plex Pass. When I check the download section for PMS on the web, it lists the latest version for Plex Pass members as Version 1.2.4.2949-4e494e4 October 30, 2016. I can obviously download this, but I thought I could just click the “check for updates” button on the Settings-Server page of my PMS installation on my iMac. If I do this, nothing happens and it tells me that Version 1.1.4.2757 is the latest version. How to I update to Version 1.2.4.2949-4e494e4?

change the update channel option at the bottom of the Settings-> Server page to PlexPass.

Your profile does not show Plex Pass.
Did you subscribe with a different account?
If you did, are you logged in to the Plex server with the correct account?
