How do you delete a show from iPad

I have a Show S01E01 on my device. I Have watched it and want to delete it from my iPad. How does one do so?

It is already been deleted from Plex server. Why doesn’t it sync with iPad?

I even deleted show through downloads and then added back and not only are the 5 old episodes still there even though the don’t exist on the Plex server anymore, it won’t download the new ones.

This software has been a constant mess for years now.

I don’t understand why every update seems to make it harder and harder to do basic things.

Common sense should tell you to have a nice easy “SYNC” button but of course that would make way too much sense

You can’t even get a sort done correctly. I sort by title and it isn’t close to being in alphabetical order.
