I can only find the option to delete all content. How do you delete only some of it? Thanks.
When you’re on Downloads & Sync, there is a link in the upper-right corner. Named ‘Manage’.
You can edit and remove all sync jobs there.

That’s unfortunately not possible.
Maybe you should construct your sync jobs differently? For instance when syncing tv shows (i.e. serials) you can restrict the sync job to only ‘unwatched’ episodes.
This takes care of removing the watched episodes automatically (and it loads automatically the next unwatched episodes as well, if you created the original sync job with an episode limit).
Similar filters are usable when syncing movies.
You can theoretically use all types of filters which are available in the web app.
