How long before beta tester approval?

I signed up to be a beta tester following the pinned post but have yet to receive my approval email. How long does it take to get approved so that my Shield TV will start getting the latest betas? I already get the Plex beta for Roku but just got a Shield TV a few weeks ago.

Beta requests are processed before the next major beta release. We are currently on 8.1, so you won’t be added until 8.2 comes out.
