Hello, I’m a new Plex user and I downloaded it on my Nvidia shield pro. I left it on overnight and it still hasn’t started any help will be greatly appreciated.
Welcome to the Plex world 
When you open the Plex app on the Shield, you should have an option to enable the PMS. Once you did that you should be able to access it from a browser inside your home network to complete the setup (via http://[Shield IP address]:32400/web). When you open the server for the first time, you should be able to name it, link it to your Plex account and create your first libraries.
