When I set up Plex yesterday here in the UK, I’m sure I was seeing shows for several days in advance. Now (on Saturday) I can only see programmes that are scheduled for today and Sunday (even though the EPG information took ages to download)
How long is the program guide supposed to cover? I couldn’t see anything about this on the website.
Does the “enhanced guide” switch make a difference to the time period covered? or just the level of detail.
Does the option to refresh the guide three times a day make any difference?
I have also had the program guide blank itself and need reloading twice in the past 24 hours, if that is relevant.
Guide should cover 14 days. I have turned off the enhanced guide option and also expanded the default times allowed for scheduled tasks to midnight to 8 am. Guide normally has at least 13 days on my system. My theory is that the default 3 hour time for scheduled tasks is not long enough on some systems, especially those with 100’s of channels. Issue is further complicated on days that tasks that run every three days or every week are also run during nightly processing.

After a few problems in the first days, where all guide data would sometimes disappear and have to scan again, it seems to have been working well for the past few days.
