Is there a frequency when the EPG is supposed to pull data? I notice that mine will pull about a couple weeks if I manually initiate it or on a server startup, but eventually I’ll have to go and push the button or my guide data will be empty. Is there a setting somewhere that I’ve missed or is this some form of a bug?

You have the option to “Perform refresh of program guide data” selected in the Scheduled Tasks settings?
I just double checked and that setting is enabled.

Upgrading to the latest plex pass release seems to have fixed this it seems. I’ll keep on eye on it.
All we need now is the ability to set the amount of guide refreshes per day. I use IceTV for Plex DVR here in Australia (it’s better than Gracenote) and they recommend refreshing 3 times per day to pick up last minute schedule changes.
