Your profile should list when you joined Plex
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/profile

The same goes for the forum profile… according to that, you joined on July 6, 2013.

If you got to https://plex.tv/users/payments you should see the time when you’ve purchased your Plex (Lifetime) Pass. Maybe this helps…

The exact date is not shown intentionally.
To make it not too easy for an account thief to pose as the legitimate owner.

because of mobile download plex pass cutoff date of 1-8-22?

If you are asking on behalf of your shared users, their accounts were unfortunately created after the above date.

So I created 5 accounts for friends on same day some mobile download ok and some get buy Plex Pass, why on earth did Plex change this?

Did they give notice???, yes I know I have notifications etc… turn off but got so much spam from Plex had to disable it LOL

Yet again trying to use Plex and AGAIN it fails Sh******t

And they want paying LOL
