I bought a Lifetime Plex Pass a few years ago and just recently installed Plex Server on a new Ubuntu PC. Now, I am constantly prompted to buy a Plex pass. What happened to “Lifetime”?
It goes with whichever email you gave at the time you bought it.

I do not get email from the old address any longer. However, Account Settings is showing my Gmail account: [email removed by Mod]
How do I sort this out?
Contact our billing dept and they can help you identify whichever account has the Plex Pass.
The account you are using on this forum was created less than a year ago never had a Plex Pass
I did not need the forum until a few months ago.
I am not speaking of the first time you used it on the forum with this account. The Plex account “stephenmann108” was created less than a year ago b signing via the “Continue with Google”. So the Plex Pass you said you bought in 2019 could not be for this account.
