You create an user account at TheMovieDatabase and add them yourself.

Or you supply all metadata manually.

Or you use Kodi-compatilbe .nfo files in conjunction with the .nfo importer agents.

Or you use the mp4 container format and embed all metadata into the files for Plex to read.
