How to check if an episode has been viewed with API ?

Hi all,

 

I need to know how I could find if an serie episode has been already marked as viewed.

I already saw somebody on the forum talking about "viewCount", but I don't know how to get this information with Plex API (or even with XML as it seems it's not possible to use ElementFromUrl on the server itself ...)

 

Thanks for anyone who could help me find a solution to that, maybe, very simple problem.
