I can play normally on my PC.

Quick question: I hope you did not add the IP address of your server into the DMZ in your router’s settings?
How does it look like on other Plex client types?
Also, I’m not sure what DNS rebinding is, but I do have some kind of DNS options on my router. I have “Dynamic DNS” settings which are disabled.
No, that has nothing to do with DNS rebinding protection.
DMZ is disabled. I will check on my phone and tablet, but they have been having the same issues.
Well, apparently my phone and tablet are not having the same issues. I don’t normally use them though because as a free user I’m limited to just a few minutes of playback. Which is funny because I would buy the Plex pass right now while it’s on sale if I was confident things would be working smoothly.
Anyway, here is what my dashboard looks like with my phone and tablet.

Could you log out of the Plex app on the ATV again, then reboot it?
Well… now it’s working for the first time in months… but I’m still a bit confused as to why? As I’ve said, I have logged in and out, restarted, rebooted everything, my PC, ATV, modem…
I do see that I still have a notification that my server is not available outside my network. Ideally I’d like to use Plex to have access to certain media away from home. Is this related or something for another thread?
Remote access is a whole other can of worms.
You better start a fresh thread for it:
In preparation peruse: The Basics of Remote Access Troubleshooting
Copy that. I appreciate all your help! Thank you again!
The main issue was the network connection set to “public” on your server machine. This causes all network ports to get closed by the firewall, so no local Plex client can reach the server.
