It’s a simple How to delete an account situation.
I’ve already reset my password because it’s been so long that I don’t access, that I completely forgot. And that’s the reason why I want to delete my account.
But there is no delete account button on the web.
I did go to account settings, and there is nothing related there, in any menu inside it.
The others topics about it, doesn’t help at all.
Can anyone indicate the right procedure? Because Plex support is inexistent apparently…

Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the red “Delete your account” link. Confirm when you’re asked to do so.
But if you can’t log into your existing account, that’s going to be problematic. Because to delete an account, you necessarily need to be logged in.
If you can’t login, there is always the “Reset password” route. Provided, that you still have access to the email account that you used with this account.
