Hey Guys -
I’ve used Plex for a long time and love it! There’s one thing that I’ve been trying to fix for a while now that has been bugging me. As a Plex-Pass subscriber, I use Cloud Sync on occasion and currently only have my Google Drive linked to my account.
When viewing my Cloud settings in my Plex account, it shows the Drive connected and that 13.7gb are being used by Cloud Sync. The only problem is that I don’t have anything synced at the moment. In an attempt to fix it, I did the below:
- Ensured not content was synced (verified in Plex app on iPad)
- Checked the actual file structure for a Plex folder on my locally synced Drive + web view - didn’t see anything related to Plex at all!
- Unlinked Google Drive from Plex account, waited a few minutes, then re-linked it
- Synced a single, small title over to the cloud
After all of the above, it still shows 13.7gb being used. Not only that, but when I go to Cloud Sync status in my Plex server, it shows empty even though I synced that small title over - of which appears on my iPad and I can play. Does it just take time to sync back up again or something?
