I 'm not able to access my medias on plex cloud sync , files are synchronized however has nothing on google drive . after the updating of this new version is that this problem occurred . plex cloud sync says it has 4,9GB but google drive this $ 0.00. the correct total would be 180GB . yesterday was 833 MB today COPM 4,9GB . what has happened , someone can guide me to solve the problem . is normal, you have to click on one of the libraries listed on the left to see the content (Movies, Tv Shows, or what ever libarary you have synced).
I understand , however to click on libraries does not appear any more. plex cloud sync says it has 4,9gb but google drive my films are gone . the plex says who are all synchronized . and are 180GB
What version of Plex Media Server (PMS) are you currently using?

Had you been on a 0.9.16.x version before upgrading?
Versions 0.9.17.x and 1.0.0.X introduced some changes to CloudSync.
Where the server would recheck files and if the original had changed it would attempt to resync the data.
I had over 300 items that were reprocessed and re-synced when I updated.
Is there any activity in the Sync or Conversion tabs under status?

from what I saw , no activity . I’m realizing that this being synchronized files , because yesterday was 833mb and now account for my session plex cloud is being sent 5.7gb total and 180GB . it will be this syncing everything again, and after reappearing on google drive normally
this update is that he’s doing the same thing happened to you. I’m here realizing that he is re-synchronizing again, I believe that is why nothing appears in synchronized libraries.
