How to downgrade from the new horrible iOS Plex app?

How do we downgrade or revert to the old Plex app for iPad? The new version is unusable. What used to be simple is now complex. What used to be intuitive is now impossible. Did Plex not learn from watching what happened when Sonos pulled something similar?

If anyone from Plex is reading this please respond. This is not fear of change… this is fear that you are going to leave this wretched software in place.
