How to fix the "zoomed in" poster picture?

Hello,

I am new to Plex. I uploaded a ton of videos which have nice poster pictures, but when I go to the video library, the pictures are WAY too zoomed in. Is there any way to “zoom out” on the poster so I can see the entire image?

Is there any way to zoom in or out in general? In the “grid” view, 13 in a row is far too many (27in 1440 monitor) and I can’t even read the entire titles. This is a problem along with the zoomed in posters. The “details” view, I can at least see the title, but the poster is so small and zoomed that I have to squint to look at it.

Also, is there anyway to get a preview slideshow of thumbs? Similar to adult tube sites?

Thanks in advance.

I would ideally like to organize my collection and view it much like an adult tube site. Possible?

I am seeing this too. The posters are fine on my pc, but on the Roku 4 they are zoomed in and look terrible and you can’t see the title of the poster and the artwork too. I just found out that you may have your Agent on Personal Media. Under libraries-click on the three dots next to Movies-click on Edit-click on Advanced-scroll down to Agent and change that from Personal Media to Plex Movie or The Movie Database.

If this is happening on the new Roku app, then I suggest you start a new thread here: https://forums.plex.tv/tags/c/plex-players/streaming-devices/roku and tag it with “uno-bug” so the right folks will see this.

Be sure to include app version as well.
