Hello , There are some video files in my plex server that the poster images I add are all cropped. I cannot find a way to make it right and I don’t seem to find a solution on the internet. Anyone knows how to fit the image ?
You have made this library into an “Other Videos” library. Most likely by selecting “Personal Media” as its default agent. And since Personal videos don’t have posters, the preview pictures have been changed to the landscape orientation to accomodate screenshots.
Edit your library
go to the Advanced tab
and change the Agent back to “Plex Movie”.
P.S. While you’re there, remove the checkmark from “Prefer local meta tags”.
