I am considering developing a Plex add-on product that I think would be quite popular, based on its popularity on Android. My problem is, I have no idea how to market to the Plex user base to let them know the product exists. Any suggestions or experience to share?

I would definitely post in the forum, but my experience with our own forum is that probably no more than 10% of our users even visit the forum, so that may be a poor way to get the word out. We would probably provide incentives for referrals to help with social marketing, but that is a slow launchpad.
