How to pagedown/pageup in LiveTV EPG?

After I open LiveTV in Plex, when I want to go to channel 236, for example, I have to press the down-arrow on my remote control 237 times, LOL.!

What’s the keyboard shortcut to jump 10 channels at a time up or down in the EPG? I tried pressing PgUp/PgDn on my keyboard nothing happens. I tried pressing Ctrl+Down,Ctrl+Up, Alt+Down, Alt+Up, and other combinations. However, none of the ones I tried worked.

What client? On my Roku clients, it’s the fast-forward and fast-rewind buttons (I think, I’d have to ask my fingers…)
