Live TV - EPG Tutorial?

Hello all,

I’m using the EPG for Live TV on the Amazon Fire Stick 4K and the Roku+ 4K.

I cannot figure out how to Page Down on the Fire Stick, I can only scroll down using the down button.
I cannot figure out how to return to last channel using either remote. (Roku or Fire Stick)
I cannot figure out how to set the guide to the last channel selected when exiting and returning to Live TV using either remote. (Roku or Fire Stick).
I cannot Find the 'Filter HD only" option using the Amazon Fire Stick.
The search for title does not work using either remote. (Roku or Fire Stick).
Nothing happens when clicking using either remote. (Roku or Fire Stick).
I am unable to figure out any way to customize either systems EPG.

Is there a tutorial for this or am I just not picking things up quick enough?

-Ron

I don’t have a Fire Stick and I don’t use Roku often; however, I suspect that most if not all the items you’re asking about just aren’t available and that not all functions work across all Plex apps/platforms.

Where are you clicking?

Definitely not available on any platform.

Opps sorry Typo.

Nothing happens when clicking ‘Home’ using either remote.(Plex or Fire Stick).

You mean “Home” in the left sidebar/navigation?

Are you using the remote(s) that came with your Firestick and Roku?

Hi Again!

No, not the ‘Home’ in the side bar. My apologies for not supplying more details. Like a text message, you can’t see me point to the button on the remote.

I mean when I’m in the EPG and I click the button on either remote. Nothing happens. I was expecting it to take me to the TOP bar of the EPG screen, where the Search, Guide and other menu items are.
Instead it does nothing. If I am in the EPG and I scroll down to any channel, lets say 502. I click the button on the remote (Either system) and nothing happens. I’m still on channel 502.

Ah, right. The home button on the remote does nothing.
