How to play YouTube videos on my plex library

Plugins/Channels to access YouTube, etc. were discontinued several years ago.

Getting youtube on Tesla through Plex/Google Chrome

I’m trying to get to YouTube on my Tesla Model 3 using Plex as suggested on YouTube videos. Do I need to have a premium account or am I missing something in the instructions?
