While setting up Plex, I started by deleting section 1,2,3. (Movie, TV Shows, Music) without knowing that these sections where used by default on my media scanner to scan for any changes.
Is there any way of recreating these sections with the old ID?
No. What “media scanner” are you talking about?
I’m unsure, it has been preinstalled on a seedbox. I know how to trigger it automatically but the media scanner is built in and seems hard coded to section 1,2 and 3
I’m afraid you’ll have to ask the one who did the preinstallation.
Who knows what else they changed.
