I had Plex running for years on my Windows machine but just started it up on a new Mac and have so many issues with it now. Is it possible to reset the entire thing and just start over? Basically the issues I am having are:
- Cannot find server on Plex app on TV.
- Cannot play movies from Plex website console, just get an error.
- Cannot delete devices- says “cannot delete at this time”.
- Sometimes it won’t find a server so if I shut down the browser and open it back up, sometimes it will find my movies again. Other times I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it.
Just seems like some colossal problems that could be solved if I could just wipe everything and start fresh? Any ideas?
