The time is off one hour on plex and I cannot find how to set it. Can anyone help me?
On most platforms the time you see is the time of the client OS.
I’m running Windows 10 and that clock is right. Could it be the roku client’s time I’m seeing? Thanks!

I appear to have the same problem… I checked my time settings on the Vizio tv and my server and they are correct. It was actually my first thought guessing that the Plex server didn’t have a means to generate time.
My main display is the Vizio tv and my server computer is running Mac OS 10.15.7 Catalina. Every clock is set. to Eastern time zone and the current time of day is correct.
I am also using the latest Plex Server app.
