I cannot find instructions. Before I purchase tuner I want to understand.
How do I set it up and configure? I connect antenna to tuner? Where do I connect tuner? How do I configure that my Media Server will see it?

Agreed. I’m in the same boat; I’d like to have some sort of detailed setup guide before I start looking at a new hardware purchase. The FAQs are light on details outside of a few very specific setup scenarios.
had the Hauppauge hardware for awhile waiting on plex to catch up, apparently they are now supposed to support it, however it will not detect my device, need a guide too!
The press release says initially only available on iOS and Android clients.
The HDHomeRun tuners were easy to setup. You plug in the power, attach an antenna, and connect it to your network via Ethernet. From there, the tuners are configured via your browser. Once you make it through finding your OTA channels, go to your Plex server to configure the DVR / Live TV functions.

You also need to set up the DVR first, which shouldn’t be necessary to mention but just in case…
