How to stop another user?

OK, so I recently updated my TV players from AmazonTV to RokuTV players… I sold the AmazonTV players on eBay. I guess I forgot to wipe one out, and today I noticed someone had logged into my Plex server.

How can I kick off a plex account (hardware) that I know longer own?

  1. Delete the device from the Devices tab
  2. Go to your Plex.tv account, Change your password AND check the box to log out all devices.
  3. Then sign out.
  4. When you sign back in, you can do whatever you want with your password but all devices previously signed in to your account will have been kicked off.
