How to stop excessive notifications?

To delete a TV Recording I have to select the 3 dots icon, choose DELETE, confirm YES to delete the file in the pop-up, then another pop-up asks me to confirm deletion again.

How do I stop the second “do I really want to delete this” popup notification?
