How to undo skipping an Server update?

Server Version#: 1.41.1.9057
Player Version#: 4.138.0

When Plex MS offered me an Update (Win11 x64 Beta) unfortunately Hit “skip” instead of Update.
How can I undo this and Install the Update?
On download page I don’t find the Beta Version…
