How to use a PLEX server installed on a NAS only in LAN without internet access ?

Hi PLEXperts,

I have installed the PLEX server on a NAS system at home.
I want to use the PLEX application only on that NAS system in and from my LAN not from outside but simple from home.
I don’t want to logon via internet the PLEX application which ist installed on my local NAS.

How is that possible ?

Thanks in advance for your support.

Best regards,
Zillvesta

It isn’t. The internet is an integral part of the Plex system. Your server and clients need to access it at least from time to time - particularly when you want the plex pass features.

Thank, OttoKerner for your quick reply.

How can I be sure that PLEX doesn’t have access to my home LAN ?

Who? Plex, the company? Why would they?
