I am, however, having an issue as well. Perhaps someone can assist.
I set all of this up but my IIS Rewrite doesn't seem to be working. I've tried other sites and tried changing the ports and I always get a 404. Any idea why that would happen? I've reinstalled rewrite twice so I don't think it's that.
I'm pretty sure that rewrite is the issue because I never seen any requests make it to plexconnect (full logging enabled) and my browser reports a 404 as well.
Any suggestions?
First delete the conditions and try again. In my case produces the conditions that the icon plugin works but not plexconnect. If you delete both conditions, both will work.

anyone else having an issue with plex configs being locked on their ATV?
I am running plexconnect on server2012 r2 and playing on ATV3
The issue I'm having is that I can't change any settings in the plex app configs.
For example, if I wanted to remove the "On deck" tab, or have all the thumbnails show titles, or even change some subtitle settings, nothing works.
The ATV just dings and the settings won't change. As if there is no other option.
anyone else have this issue and were able to fix it?
Ok, my IIS web server receive a Settings Command. But my Pleconnect Web Server don't receive this command. So there must be a problem with the reverse proxy setup.
