Anyway, after fix this issue, I would like to try it..
But I really have no idea to fix this issue.
First at all, I thought it was some hardware problem. So I reboot all the devices, ATV, PlexConnect and Plex.... It didn't get better. I also reset the config file, still got nothing.
I think it's better to upgrade to the latest PlexConnect. Here is what you can do if you have a Windows PC:
Install 7-zip
Create another copy of the PlexConnect 0.2-8 installer. Let's call it the spk file
Create a zip from github from the 0.5 version of PlexConnect. Let's call it the zip file
Open the spk file with 7-zip, navigate to package.tgz -> package.tar -> share -> PlexConnect. Delete all the files and folders except Settings.cfg
Open the zip file with 7-zip, navigate until you find the same files as you deleted from the spk, and copy all of them (drag & drop) from the zip to the spk file
(optionally) if you have your own certs, you can put them in this changed spk file (navigate to package.tgz -> package.tar -> etc -> Certificates)
Save the spk file, and do a manual install in your Syno (I suggest that you also upgrade Python to the latest SynoCommunity version)
With DSM 4.x you can have the latest PlexConnect, but not the latest PMS. Go to the PMS archives and select 0.9.9.14. This is the latest version you can install.
After this update, if you still have the problem, please post the required info using this template.
Edit: You can also use WinSCP to update the installed PlexConnect with the zip downloaded in point 3. above (stop PlexConnect / update with WinSCP / run). I do not suggest the "git clone" method during some days because it will install a "not very stable" PlexConnect version, see this.

Thank you so much for this detail instruction.
I have fixed this issue because the cert expired on ATV.. I have created a new one.
