HTTP Control API Issues

Used to work now it doesn't
I can use the command ' http://10.0.1.10:32400/clients ' to see the clients running. My client has an IP of 10.0.1.12. I then try using any of the playback or navigation commands such as ' http://10.0.1.10:32400/system/players/10.0.1.12/navigation/moveDown ' and I get 404 errors. These commands used to work flawlessly for me through Safari and iRule remote app on my iPad, but not any more.

I am running PMS version 0.9.6.5 on a Synology 1512+ with a fixed IP and a client version 0.9.5.3 on a 2011 Mac Mini with a fixed IP as well.

Has anybody seen them work fine and then just stop working? Any ideas or help is greatly appreciated.
