First Ever Server Access Issue

Until today, I could access my Plex Server via my browser at the Server’s IP xxx.xxx.0.xxx:32400/web/index.html but today, I end up with Error 404.

I can access via https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/. Videos work OK but with videos added today I get Error code: s1001 (Network). Yet, I can play those videos via Explorer.

My tablet Android app works OK but today’s videos return “An error occured while attempting to play this video. Please check your connection and try again.” Yesterday’s videos on the same drive/folder work fine.

Any idea what’s going on? Thank you …
