I tracked these two IPs to two wireless cable boxes on my network. Thankfully I’ll be ditching those with my new hdhomerun + plex setup. How I got there:
windows cmd prompt
arp -a {IP address}
Arp gave me the MAC address for each that I was able to track down in my cable company’s network control app.
Hopefully this helps someone in the future!
