My C: drive is getting full and there is nothing on it except windows 10, a few simple utilities and PLEX. After doing a thorough disk cleaning I found this folder was the space hog:

I have about 1500 movies, 800 TV episodes, 10000 music files and 10000 photos - so a lot of media, but I don’t recall my primary drive being this full until recently.

Empty Trash, Optimize Database and Clean Bundles makes no difference.

It was the video preview thumbnails. Crazy huge date, deleted them and have lots of room now. Never say any of the thumbnails anyway.
