Whatever Media Monkey says, you have to follow the rules . Are you sure you are using the right folder structure and file names? Do all albums have consistent Album Artist, Album and Title tags?
If you are sure everything is correct then do a Plex Dance, or, better yet, remove and re-add your music library to force a complete rescan.
