I’m seeing this in my logs over and over any time I try to start a new transcode. Server doesnt’ appear to be using my iGPU as CPU usage is way up.

For what its worth, I personally do not have issues with 1.14.1.5488 on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS. I have tried several versions of 1.15.x and for now I prefer the stability of 1.14.1.5488.

Unfortunately that’s not an option for some of us due to some important bug fixes/features in 1.15.x.
What is the status on this? I’m getting the exact same error using the official docker image plexinc/pms-docker:plexpass. It’s running on Debian 9 using an intel i7-4770R. It has never had an issue before the update to 1.15.5.994
Has anyone from Plex acknowledged this at all? This appears to also be causing a lot of skipping forward in my playback on nvidia shield TV devices, not too bad, about 3-10 second forward max but very annoying!
To the point about rolling back to a previous version and having to “weigh the options”… this is a really cheap dismissal of the issue at hand here. I paid quite a bit for a lifetime plex pass and the 1.15.5.994 plex pass version has been released; it’s not in beta and not a preview. I paid for the software, I shouldn’t have to “weigh the options” and potentially roll-back to a previous version because the new released non-beta version has so many issues with it.
EDIT: The only difference between my errors and the OP is mine has Unrepairable underflow! sprinkled throughout, usually after the Failed to wrapper hybrid_drv_video.so message
