HW transcoding not working

Server Version#: 1.32.6.7521
Player Version#: multiple platforms
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

I have both Intel 730 and a Nvidia GPU’s. PMS only sees the Intel and still isn’t using it. Fresh logs attached. Unfortunately, even when I unzip the log file, the server file is larger than 8MB so this is all I can upload.
