Ubuntu 24.04 & HW transcoding

ALL: For those of you considering immediately upgrading to Ubuntu 24.04 as soon as it’s released for your PMS server – PLEASE WAIT We ask you to wait because current testing with the near-release branch of Ubuntu 24.04 reveals HW transcoding and tonemapping failures which do not exist on earlier (20.04 - 22.04) versions. Please follow along in the thread below for updates as we have them. Thanks.
