You’re right but a systemwide message sender would be a lot more efficient !!!
It’s something that shouldn’t be to hard for the coders at PLEX to add to the server app and it would be greatly appreciated by every PLEX server user

Not that I disagree, but PMS is a media server, not a chat/messaging board
All I can suggest, is that you vote here, and notice vote, not adding a comment as “Want this as well”
