What do you mean by you can’t delete folders? Are you doing that with Windows Explorer?
DB corruption?

No I mean under plex where you tell it to look for content. It says your changes can not be saved. And it will not let me delete the tv show catagory either.

Ah, ok. I’m afraid I don’t have much more to offer, but Otto’s on it, and he’s much more knowledgeable.

here are the files
If I’m reading the logs correctly it looks like my database is curupted. I see the instructions on how to fix but is there an easier way to only save watched status then just re add everything?
I don’t see any sign of corruption in your logs.
I do however see a lot of plugins which may cause trouble.
Pleaase remove all channels and plugins which are not functional anymore.
Particularly ss-plex and bittorrent
Remove some Sync jobs as well.
Restart your server afterwards and let it run a few minutes without doing anything in Plex.
Then perform a database optimiziation.

I ran other logs and it said corruption. I removed the sync jobs, and the channels but still won’t delete.

I looked at all 6 Plex Media Server.logs . None of them had the word corrupt in it.
I don’t know what else to try - sorry!

could you tell me, which of the 92 log files in there did you look at?
because I can’t find any mention of a corrupt database.

Blimey!
My search feature in my editor seems to be broken. Sorry!
You are absolutely right, that is a clear sign of a broken database.
If you have shutdown Plex before attempting the repair (this is important!)
and the repair process still fails, then this database is FUBAR, unfortunately.
You can try an additional repair attempt with one of the older automated database backups.
But if these fail as well, then I’m afraid you can only throw away all your Plex data and start afresh.
