Not sure on what your question is. If you mean can you search by filename, then no. It is possible that movie got matched to something else. You can Plex Dance the file which should cause it to show up as recently added, regardless of what it gets matched to.
Of course! I deleted the movie, scanned the library, added it, and it detected the change. I found a movie.
