Hey, I’m gonna start this out by saying I’m pretty computer illiterate, but regardless, I can’t get the PS4 app to work. It says "Unable to Connect to [My Library], and below that it says what IP Addresses it tried to connect to. I’m signed in on my computer and the PS4 is showing up on my “devices” tab thing. I have no idea what to do. I looked at the help page it gave me, and nothing it said was helpful, so I thought I’d try here. Feel free to ask for more details, I’m happy to answer any questions that would help me solve this problem. I’ve been struggling with it all day and I’m starting to get frustrated!
