Someone please help, I want to use this but its not working, have it all set up on my computer and i linked the account on my PS4, but it wont play in my PS5 browser and the app wont connect to my IP

Yes I have and it says it cant find my Ip address.
im also tryng to use the PS4 web browser but it cant connect to server.
but this all works on my PC

the account is synced to it.

I guess this is not for everyone.
Why is this so hard to configure? why cant i even see this Plex Media Server in the Meda Player app on PS4?
