I can’t login to my Plex account through the online desktop app (by clicking the ‘Open Plex’ button on the upper-right hand of the Plex website). However it works fine when I open it from the QNAP Plex Server app.
I get an error every time I enter my 4 digit pin so I reset it and I still can’t login!?
What’s going on, how to fix this?

EDIT: It seems to be a Chrome browser issue. I tried on Edge and it works.
Still would like to understand why that is. Are there any known extensions that cause issues?
