I’m having the same issue from different computers.
Getting the same error http://XXX:32400/web/index.html#!/login?redirectUrl=%2F when using a Browser but can see PLEX on the mobile app.
Have not seen any solutions (and have tried the Tidal and Sonos proposed solutions)
It may be a browser (brave) issue in my case - have tried Safari and Edge and they both work.
Same issue here. Have tried other browsers but no success.
Server works, just can’t access it.
Same here, luckily old connections still work.
Tried with Firefox and edge.
Same here all browsers , Working fine on all my TVs
just logged in for me after 20 minutes trying and getting this, even though I got the ‘New sign-in to your Plex account’ email
+1 all browsers
Same issue here, cannot load browser app on any browser, with any account. Getting the same error message. Still able to watch content with apps.
Same issue here. Existing sessions are fine, but I can’t log in on a new device. Very frustrating.
Same issue. Unable to login to web ui or plex desktop.
Same issue. It’s something tied to the user account, I think. My wife was trying to stream something 2 nights ago, not even local media, and was completely unable to use Plex. Now looking at my media server, I can’t even log in to look at settings or anything else. Completely unusable.
Same, can’t log in to the web version at all from my PC. Thought it was one of my blockers, but after turning everything off, still can’t sign in.

This looks like an authentication flow error - from the browser console: (Some details removed)

Plex staff, could you please respond and set our expectations? This has been difficult being unable to sign in for days.
I’m having the same issue when trying to log on.
Same here, Plex on Ubuntu, plex version PlexMediaServer-1.42.2.10156-f737b826c
Following because it’s the same for me. I did move my VM which runs Plex from one machine to another, but that’s not rare. This is the first time this has ever happened to me - and I can’t get into Plex at all. Making alternatives more and more attractive every day, plex lifetime or not…
Ok, here’s what I did to get it working:
Eventually back to normal!
turns out for me it was a DNS issue as i have a DNS blocker/filter (controld). I had to complete allow Plex to be bypassed in the rules and was able to log on after this.
To anyone that is using a MacOS server (OS 26 in my case):
I had to go to System Settings > Privacy and Security > Local Network > disable and then re-enable the Plex Server there - just toggle off for a second and then toggle it back on.
Did nothing else after and started working immediately for me afterwards. Tried a lot of other things before that with no success.
